Introduction

By renting a photo booth from MoovBooth ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Rental Agreement

The rental period begins at the time agreed upon in the rental agreement and ends when the event is finished or at the end of the rental period, whichever occurs first. The equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as it was provided.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, Venmo or Check (if corporate). 50% is due at the time of booking; with the remaining balance due the day of the event.

Events canceled 30 days prior to the scheduled date, receive a full refund.

Deposits are non-refundable for events canceled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event, however you may reschedule within 7 days of the initial event date with the deposit being applied towards the new date (dates are subject to availability & must be within 365 days).

Customer Conduct

You agree to use our equipment responsibly and not to use it for any illegal or inappropriate activities. Any damage caused by misuse or neglect will be charged to the customer.

Intellectual Property Rights

All photos and videos taken using our equipment remain the property of the customer. However, we reserve the right to use any images for promotional purposes, unless explicitly instructed otherwise by the customer.

Liability

We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred while using our equipment, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoovBooth, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of relevant jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information to provide and improve our services. We will not share your information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
